What We Do
Built to perform and designed to captivate.
Garages
This is the most popular residential application for epoxy flooring. Garage floors are constantly exposed to hot tires, oil spills, chemical leaks, and heavy tools. A professionally installed epoxy coating creates a durable, stain-resistant surface that is incredibly easy to clean. It transforms a dusty, porous concrete slab into a polished, attractive, and functional extension of the home. Additive flakes can also be incorporated to add texture and slip resistance.
Basements
Beyond the garage, epoxy is becoming a stylish choice for residential interiors, especially basements. It acts as an excellent moisture barrier, protecting against dampness that can seep through concrete. With a vast range of colors and metallic finishes available, epoxy can create stunning, unique floors in living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, offering a modern, seamless, and low-maintenance alternative to traditional flooring like tile or vinyl.
Pool Decks & Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor surfaces require coatings that can withstand sunlight, extreme weather, and pool chemicals. While traditional epoxy can yellow with UV exposure, newer polyaspartic coatings (a related, more advanced material) are UV-stable and perfect for outdoor use. They are applied to pool decks, patios, and walkways to create a decorative, protective layer. These coatings are waterproof, slip-resistant, transforming outdoor concrete into a safe, beautiful, and long-lasting hardscape.
Concrete, Masonry & Asphalt
Looking for a new driveway, sidewalk, patio, or retaining wall? Grizzly Concrete Solutions delivers premium concrete, masonry & asphalt work built to handle Minnesota’s toughest weather. Commercial & Retail Spaces
From car showrooms and hotel lobbies to retail stores and salons, epoxy floors offer a clean, high-end look that can be customized to match any brand’s aesthetic. The high-gloss finish can brighten a space by reflecting light, making the environment more welcoming. Its ability to withstand heavy and constant foot traffic without showing significant wear makes it a cost-effective, long-term solution for businesses.
Manufacturing Facilities
In warehouses, factories, and manufacturing plants, floor durability is paramount. Epoxy floors create a tough, seamless surface that can handle heavy machinery, forklift traffic, and potential chemical spills. The non-porous surface is also crucial for safety, as it prevents contaminants from seeping into the concrete and is easy to sanitize. Safety lines and specific work zones can also be incorporated directly into the flooring design.

We discovered Grizzly Concrete Solutions at this year’s home and garden show and we’re very impressed with their products! In our first meeting with Nick, we not only agreed on an approach for our garage, but discovered that they could address an issue we had with our travertine floors in our kitchen and dining room room. We had been looking for over two years for someone that could come in and resurface the travertine and put an appropriate seal on it. Both projects were done in tandem and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone from . Both projects we’re done in tandem and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial meeting to ongoing communications with the office staff, and then working directly with the crew, everyone was professional and frankly did a fantastic job. If you are looking for any of this type of work for an existing or new property, you couldn’t do better than this team!
